Monday Orders and After-Hours Pickup: Because the store is closed on Sundays and Mondays, any order completed on Monday will be placed directly in the after-hours pickup box. Please check your email carefully for pickup instructions. Orders completed Tuesday through Saturday will also be placed in the pickup box after the store closes.
Busy-Season Turnaround Times: During our busy season, printing may take longer than usual. DTF print orders submitted by the cutoff will still be completed for same-day pickup or shipped the same day, but they may not be ready until later in the day.We do not guarantee a specific completion time. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready, so please wait for that notification before arriving for pickup.
