Important Details:
****PLEASE READ: We do DTF print runs 6 days a week! (Monday - Saturday)
PRESS TIME/TEMP: Press @ 310-315 for 8-10 seconds. Peel, and press again using a teflon sheet for the same time and temp.
Please get your order in NO LATER than 9am Monday - Saturday if you would like same day pickup!
****We try our best to get prints done by 2pm. Sometimes due to volume and other situations - that cannot always happen. Please know, we WILL send an email as soon as your order is ready.
****If your order is for pickup, you will receive an email when it’s ready.
If you can’t pick up during business hours, your order will be placed in our Black Pickup Lockbox outside. Please pick it up as soon as possible so it isn’t exposed to the weather for too long.
Your Pickup Ready email will include the lockbox pickup instructions and access code.
If you do not provide an email, we can send a text notification, but you will not receive the lockbox code.
****If you still have not picked up your order within 7 business days, we will notify you via email (if it's on file). If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of the notification your order WILL BE TOSSED OUT. NO REFUND will be given. This strict policy is to ensure you are getting your prints with the same quality they have when printed.
- As-Is Printing: All designs are printed exactly as they are uploaded into the Gang Sheet Builder. We do not review, edit, or rearrange your gang sheets before printing. WE WILL NOT REPRINT YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVEN'T FOLLOWED THESE GUIDELINES.
- Transparent Background Required: Ensure your designs have a transparent background.
- TRANSPARENT PIXELS SUCH AS CLOUDS are not going to have the white under base, the pixels are too "transparent" for the printer to pick up on them. We recommend duplicating (maybe a couple times) that part of your design so the pixels are darker and can be seen by the software and printer.
- Image Quality: For the best results, upload designs at a 300 DPI or higher.
- Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for print quality issues due to improper file setup. Please carefully follow the prompts in the gang sheet builder and warnings provided prior to ordering. PLACE a test order if you need colors to be exact. We are not responsible to reprint if your colors are off. All printers are different. Please take time to reasearch before ordering.
