****PLEASE READ:  FOR SAME DAY PICKUP & SHIPPING - ORDER MUST BE IN BY 8am.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  (We are not doing printing on Saturdays until further notice)

****If your order is being picked up, you WILL get an EMAIL once it is ready.  WE STRONGLY encourage you to pick them up ASAP if it's after business hours - your order WILL BE IN THE PICKUP BOX OUTSIDE.  If you do not pick up right away, we DO NOT guarantee that your prints will not be affected by the weather.  Please pickup within 1 day. 

****If you still have not picked up your order within 7 business days, we will notify you via email (if it's on file).  If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of the notification your order WILL BE TOSSED OUT.  NO REFUND will be given.  This strict policy is to ensure you are getting your prints with the same quality they have when printed.

• As-Is Printing: All designs are printed exactly as they are uploaded into the Gang Sheet Builder. We do not review, edit, or rearrange your gang sheets before printing.  WE WILL NOT REPRINT YOUR ORDER IF YOU HAVEN'T FOLLOWED THESE GUIDELINES.
• Transparent Background Required: Ensure your designs have a transparent background.
• Image Quality: For the best results, upload designs at a 300 DPI or higher.
• Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for print quality issues due to improper file setup. Please carefully follow the prompts in the gang shee builder and warnings provided prior to ordering.
