The Press Bar is Here!

Book time at our Press Bar and press your own apparel in-store using our heat press station. You bring the blanks, choose your DTF transfers, and you’ll leave with a clean, durable finish.

This is a paid station reservation that covers equipment use, electricity, supplies, and basic guidance.

What Your Booking Includes

• Reserved pressing station time for the duration you select

• Unlimited presses during your paid time slot

• Teflon sheet attached to the press for clean, consistent pressing

• Basic guidance if you have questions (you’ll be doing the pressing)

Choose Your Time Slot

Select the time you need:

• 1.5 Hours

• 2 Hours

• 3 Hours

• 4 Hours

***You’ll choose your date and start time at checkout.  If you do not need a full hour, WALK - INS are welcome and you will NOT need to book it in advance.  Please see store hours for walk-ins.

Standard Press Settings (Swift Transfers)

Most Swift transfers are HOT PEEL and press best at:

• 310°F

• 8–10 seconds

• Medium–Firm even pressure

• Second press recommended: press again for the same time and temperature

Important: Outside Transfers

If you bring transfers from another company, it is your responsibility to know and follow their required time, temperature, and pressure.
Results are not guaranteed when using outside transfers.

****USING SWIFT TRANSFERS - You WILL get a 15% discount off your Press Bar Booking if you purchase our transfers & book a Press Bar time slot.  Please send us a chat once both are placed in your shopping cart - we will give you a discount code!  (they must be purchased at the same time)  You can also purchase in store single transfers after your booking and we will give you the discount at that time.

Booking Instructions (Please Read)

Before You Arrive

1. Bring your items to press (shirts/hoodies/bags/HATS etc.).  If you want to make TUMBLERS - you'll need to either pre-order prints via our email, or bring your own.  (there will be a tumbler press available & a hat press)

2. Have your transfers ready (purchase in-store/online or bring your own).  If you have purchased your transfers from us, please let us know BEFORE booking so we can give you a discount code to save on your booking!

3. Plan your time: more items = more time needed.

When You Arrive

• Please check in at the counter.

• Your station time begins at your scheduled start time.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive 5 minutes early.

• If you arrive late, your booking still ends at the originally scheduled end time (to respect the next customer).

Press Bar Rules & Policies

Self-Serve Station

• This is a self-serve pressing station. You do the pressing.

• Basic guidance is available, but you are responsible for final placement and pressing decisions.

Rescheduling (24-Hour Policy)

• You may reschedule one (1) time per booking with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time.

• Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment cannot be guaranteed and may be forfeited.

Cancellations / No-Shows

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for store credit (or reschedule—one time).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, or arriving too late to use your slot may result in the booking being forfeited with no refund.

Refunds

• Station time is reserved specifically for you.

• Station fees are non-refundable once the time slot begins.

Equipment Care / Misuse

• Customers must use equipment safely and as instructed.

• Misuse that risks damage or safety may result in ending the session without refund, and you may be responsible for repair costs if damage occurs.

Safety

• Heat presses are extremely hot. Keep hands clear, tie back hair, and keep clothing/cords away from the platen.

• Children Policy

  • For safety reasons, children under the age of 13 are not allowed to accompany an adult while using the Press Bar.

  • Please do not bring children under 13 to your Press Bar appointment.

  • We cannot supervise children at any time.

• If a customer arrives with a child under 13, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation/no-show per policy.  

Results Disclaimer

Final results depend on garment type, transfer type, placement, and pressing technique. We are not responsible for issues related to:

• Incorrect placement or customer pressing technique

• Outside transfers with unknown/incorrect settings

• Garment material limitations
